Free Google review QR code generator for clinics
Most patients choose a doctor after reading Google reviews. Clinics with more recent, genuine reviews show up higher on Google Maps and get more calls. The problem is simple: happy patients forget to leave a review because nobody makes it easy.
This free Google review QR code generator turns your Google review link into a clean, printable poster. Patients scan it with their own phone camera and land straight on your review form. You also get a polite WhatsApp message to send after each visit.
How to get your Google review link
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your clinic's Business Profile.
- Search your clinic name on Google or open it in Google Maps.
- Tap Ask for reviews or Get more reviews and copy the short link.
- Paste it into the tool above. You can also use your Google Place ID.

Ethical ways to get more patient reviews
Ask everyone, at the right moment
The best time is right after a good visit or a follow-up. Ask every patient in the same way, and let them decide what to write. Never filter patients so that only happy ones are asked.
Never pay or reward for reviews
Discounts, gifts or free sessions in return for reviews break Google's rules and can get reviews removed or your profile restricted. Fake reviews, and reviews by staff or family, are not allowed.
Protect patient privacy in your replies
Thank every reviewer, but never confirm that someone is your patient or mention their treatment in your reply. Keep replies short, kind and general.
Automate the ask
Busy clinics forget to ask. Our clinic automation sends a review request on WhatsApp after every completed appointment, so reviews grow every week without extra work.
How to get your Google review link
Your Google review link opens the review box for your clinic directly, so patients do not have to search for you. Here is how to find it:
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
- Search your clinic name on Google or open it in Google Maps.
- Tap Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews).
- Copy the link Google shows. It usually starts with g.page/r/ .
- Paste it into the Google review link generator above to make your QR code.
You can also paste your Place ID and the tool builds the review link for you.
Google review card, sign and stand ideas
Once you have your Google review QR code, put it where patients wait or pay:
- Reception stand: print the A5 poster and put it in an acrylic stand next to the payment counter.
- Google review card: print small cards and hand one over with the prescription or invoice.
- Google review sign: stick the A4 poster in the waiting area or near the exit.
- WhatsApp: send the link with the message from this page after the visit.
How to get more Google reviews (without breaking the rules)
Ask every patient, not only happy ones. Ask at the right moment, usually right after a good visit. Make it easy with a QR code and a direct link. Reply to every review politely. Never offer discounts or gifts for reviews and never write fake reviews: Google can remove them and suspend the profile.
Want reviews to grow on autopilot?
We set up automatic WhatsApp review requests after every visit, plus a fully optimised Google Business Profile.
FAQ
Google review QR code: common questions
Is this Google review QR code generator free?
Yes. You can create, download and print your review poster and QR code for free. We ask for your name and WhatsApp number once before the first download.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Sign in to the account that manages your Business Profile, open your clinic on Google Search or Maps and tap Ask for reviews. Copy the link it shows. You can also paste your Place ID.
Is it allowed to use a QR code to ask for Google reviews?
Yes. Asking for reviews is allowed. What is not allowed is offering rewards for reviews, posting fake reviews or only asking happy patients. Patients should review from their own phones in their own words.
Can I offer a discount for a Google review?
No. Google does not allow incentives such as discounts, gifts or free services in exchange for reviews. Reviews obtained this way can be removed.
Does my QR code expire?
No. The QR code simply opens your Google review link, so it keeps working as long as your Business Profile and link stay the same.
How should a clinic reply to a negative review?
Stay calm and polite, thank them, invite them to contact the clinic privately and never share or confirm any medical details in public.
How do I create a Google review link?
Open your Business Profile on Google Search or Maps while signed in, tap Ask for reviews and copy the link. Paste it into this generator to turn it into a QR code.
What is a Google review card?
A small printed card with your Google review QR code and a short thank-you note. Patients scan it with their phone camera to leave a review.
